Boss Chicks United is an organization that empowers, uplifts, and motivates women of color in leadership roles as well as those who desire to lead.

Our mission is to provide a platform for women to thrive and not just survive by helping them to connect with a community of women who promote growth, encouragement, support, and sisterhood while reminding them to keep their cups full.

We also aim to give back to the next generation of leaders by offering mentorship opportunities.
